Before you move in to your selected apartment, Meredith's Properties employs two vendors to make sure your apartment is clean.  We arrange a dedicated carpet cleaner as well as cleaning professionals for the rest of the apartment.  These services are provided at Meredith's expense with no additional cost to you.  Meredith's Clean Apartment Guarantee promises that these services will meet Meredith's high standards and that you will have no surprises on move-in day!
