Property Management with Heart

As an owner-managed company, we operate an inventory of assets for a select group of investors. Our pride in the ownership of these properties follows through to the quality of our construction and the class of our investments. Each of our projects was built or remodeled directly by Meredith’s Properties. We are personally involved in the design, construction, and leasing which allows for unparalleled service for our tenants and our clients.

Our guiding philosophy is now and always has been to prepare and present a space for lease as if the Lovelass family were leasing the space themselves. We take pride in creating and maintaining an open dialogue with our tenants and clients. This allows us to be flexible with tenant requests and find creative solutions to problems. The personal interaction with clients and tenants is what sets Meredith’s Properties apart; we work hard to ensure that each transaction is tailored to the needs of the parties involved.

We are proud to have built a business that has not only supported our community for so many years, but has also served as a place for our family to work together.
